About the role

Take over the communication with customers, authorities, service providers and of course the colleagues from the team (phone calls, letters and e-mails)

You check and post our business transactions (invoices, wage payments, etc.) in our system and prepare the documents for financial accounting

In recruiting, you will support us by drafting job advertisements, registering applicants and communicating and accompanying them through the application process.

You support the management with customer inquiries and help with tenders

You will perform in-kind requisitions for our team, i.e., selecting, requesting vendors, and following up on receipts

Manage our documents for various areas (project contracts, policies, etc.) and organize our office for various administrative activities
Requirements
-
Education in an administrative or business field (office administrator, administrative assistant or equivalent).

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or solid experience in administration, organization, or accounting

Good knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn more (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Customer and solution oriented, thoughtful, team player and well organized

Good language skills in English and German
