About the role

  • Take over the communication with customers, authorities, service providers and of course the colleagues from the team (phone calls, letters and e-mails)

  • You check and post our business transactions (invoices, wage payments, etc.) in our system and prepare the documents for financial accounting

  • In recruiting, you will support us by drafting job advertisements, registering applicants and communicating and accompanying them through the application process.

  • You support the management with customer inquiries and help with tenders

  • You will perform in-kind requisitions for our team, i.e., selecting, requesting vendors, and following up on receipts

  • Manage our documents for various areas (project contracts, policies, etc.) and organize our office for various administrative activities

Requirements

  • Education in an administrative or business field (office administrator, administrative assistant or equivalent). 

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or solid experience in administration, organization, or accounting 

  • Good knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn more (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

  • Customer and solution oriented, thoughtful, team player and well organized 

  • Good language skills in English and German
