Senior Manager/Manager (m/w/d)

About CLIENTALYTICS 

CLIENTALYTICS is a consultant boutique with focus on client management and regulatory changes in the investment management industry. Our clients are leading financial institutions in investment management and capital markets.

Candidates must have

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience working through a consultancy​ or equivalent experience in the financial services industry

  • Master in business administration or similar academical background or comparable experience

  • Englisch and German fluently (B2 or above)

  • Experience working on a regulatory programme (MIFID/Dodd Frank/EMIR) beneficial

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Client and project delivery of front to back change programmes & regulatory initiatives such as MiFID II/MIFIR.

  • Business Development exposure

  • Relationship management

  • Team management, training, mentoring and tutoring for junior resources

 Experience/Skills required:​

  • Supported clients in the investment management industry through the changing regulatory landscape and supporting the management of their change agenda to fulfill their obligations

  • Experience in client management projects (e.g. new products, new business process, outsourcing management, CRM systems)

  • Regulatory Change experience (Mifid, Mifir, Dodd Frank, EMIR, UCITS V/VI, AIFMD)

  • Established a governance structure and project management best practices across the portfolio of change initiatives at an investment manager, fund administrator or custodian

  • Knowhow Front to Bank in Transaction process - Understand trade flows and data maintenance

  • Certified in project management methods and instruments (e.g. Six Sigma, PRINCE2, PMI). 

  • Fluent in German and English
