About the role

Take responsibility for customer projects - you will be responsible for functional analysis, draft specifications and help with technical implementation, project management as well as test management until the successful go-live of your solutions

You support your customers at private and investment banks, custodian banks, asset managers and financial service providers

Advise on issues related to business processing and process optimization, software integration, migrations, and regulatory changes

You collaborate with business departments and IT to help as an expert and contact person in the implementation of challenging projects
Requirements

University degree (Bachelor / Master) or equivalent in economics, business informatics, financial mathematics or equivalent

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or solid experience in banking, asset management or the fund industry

In-depth understanding of financial instruments and financial products (e.g. mutual funds, bonds, derivatives) and related business processes

Practical implementation experience with some of the current regulatory obligations (e.g. MiFID II, PRIIPS, Securitization Regulation, EMIR, DSGVO, PSD2, AIFMD)

Certifications in project management, business analysis or test management are a great advantage

Customer and solution oriented, forward thinking, team player, coach and well organized

Good language skills in English and German - other European language would be an advantage

Willingness to travel in Europe within the working week for longer projects to help on customer side (on customer request)
