3. What this website does — and does not — process

This website is intentionally simple:

• It contains no contact or sign-up form. The "Contact" page only links to an email address (info@clientalytics.com) via a standard mailto link — clicking it opens your own email application. We only receive whatever you choose to send us in that email; the website itself does not capture, store, or transmit anything when you click that link.
• It sets no cookies of its own and uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools of any kind.
• Web fonts are self-hosted (bundled with the website at build time) rather than loaded from Google Fonts' servers at runtime, so no font-related data is sent to Google or any other third party when you visit the site.

The only data processing that occurs is the technical server log data described in Section 4 below, which happens automatically for any website visit regardless of provider.

4. Server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, hosted within the European Union) automatically records technical information for each request in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, and the referring website. This data is not combined with any other data source and is used solely to operate the website reliably and securely (e.g. detecting and preventing abuse) and is deleted automatically once no longer needed for that purpose, typically within a few weeks.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in the technical operation and security of our website.

5. International data transfers

The website is hosted within the European Union. We do not transfer personal data processed through this website to countries outside the EU/EEA.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• request information about the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
